CanvasFlip has raised $1.2 million funding from Bessemer

Bangalore-based prototyping firm CanvasFlip has raised $1.2 million funding from Bessemer venture partners. The company brands itself as a usability and prototyping platform that makes it easier to rapidly build medium fidelity prototypes that can then be viewed across multiple devices and shared between the team members.

The app which is in beta currently, allows you to upload your images and add gestures and transitions while also using hotspots.

Recently there has been a trend of focusing on products which ease the interaction between designers and developers. This is also an indication of how important user experience and usability has come to be in today’s world. CanvasFlip was founded by Vipul Mishra and Manish Jha.

A bit of education, a byte of startups.
