Founder Interview:

Started by Aditya Sisodia and Amit Dewan, aims to groom thought leaders from a young age by providing training and recruitment assistance to students.

Please tell more about the team and the idea behind Recruitwheels.

We are a Team of 5 members, we come from Recruitment/Training/Marketing & sales/Operations Background. We all have 5+ years of experience and have worked with various clients on various assignments. They help us to relate to our clients as well as to our candidates in understanding their requirements.

Idea behind Recruitwheels

Before inception of Recruitwheels when candidates reached out to us for guidance and we inquired them what makes them feel that we can aid them,  they shared with us that they have  approached us by word of mouth. It was then that we  realized that we are moving in the right direction by making a positive impact by RecruitWheels work in reaching out to maximum  candidates and our success ratio is 99% till date.

Our USP and Vision to Be Recruitment and Training Partner is to provide Right People Right Place. We believe in mentoring the candidates Caliber and a scope of improvement so that they can reach to the place where they are deserve to be. We believe in heart count of our brand ambassadors rather than head count of candidates placed.

Topics covered in our workshops are focused around

Depending on candidates availability, we have a batch size of 10 to 20 candidates. If less we have a hangout, skype session. These sessions  include case studies, interaction with senior Leaders, Games and Demo.


What are the immediate and long term benefits that participants gain?

Immediate benefit to participants is the identification of their blind spots, their area of improvement in their personality, all our trained candidates have a sense of fulfillment post our very first interactive session, which they were earlier lacking. We aid them with career planning and goal setting not only for the present and also for future developmental course.

Long term benefits include ROI not return on investment, but RELATIONSHIP, OUTCOME, IMPROVEMENT of participants, we actively engage with our participants as we believe they are our brand ambassadors, so even if candidates approach post our session after 6 – 8 months we aid them with whatever assistance they require from our end. Our participant can approach us for counseling any time and are team is more than willing to support and aid them.


Do you have any feedbacks from the recruiter side?

Our Recruiters are happy to work and associate themselves with us, reason being we provide quality candidates by making them understand the entire job profile and job expectation. We are also proud to share that till date, we have less than 1% candidate drop out post joining the organization. As a startup, we work closely with other startups/ MSME and help them with their talent pool.  We believe in minimizing cost per hire, by  minimizing interview per hire, this in turn ensures lower turnover in the future of our client organization. By doing so candidates start giving performance on the job from day 1 and are also retained by the organization.


One year after launch, how has the growth been and what are the future plans?

Since last one year, learning has been immense, we have grown with our clients who have helped us with our journey and our business.

Our future plans are to expand our operations on international level as well, this years we aim to work with 2000+ candidates compared to last year.


What would your tips be for people aspiring to be entrepreneurs?

Ans:  Join startup groups/community, learn from other entrepreneurs who have already worked in your line of business. Remember there is no failure there is only learning. Failure is not a full stop, it’s a comma.
